Return Policy for Livepariiz

At Livepariiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return process. Please read the details of our Return Policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Opened or used hygiene items (such as cosmetics or personal care products)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@livepariiz.net within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product. The RA number must be included with your return package for it to be processed.

  3. Shipping the Return: Once you receive the RA number, package the items securely in their original packaging. Make sure to include the RA number and all original accessories or components. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Please note that we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Livepariiz is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your return is approved, the refund will cover the full purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping cost (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product).


4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@livepariiz.net. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the damaged or defective product at no cost to you. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, based on your preference.

Please include photos of the damaged or defective product when you contact us to expedite the process.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing time mentioned above, please check your bank or credit card statement for any pending transactions. If you still do not see the refund, please contact your payment provider. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.

8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product, as long as it meets the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.


9. International Returns

For international orders, please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you track your return shipment and ensure it is returned to us securely.
